Our founder, Tanner Duron, started his career in the trades, working as a pipe-fitters’ assistant installing fire sprinklers in the Jackson Hole, WY/Eastern Idaho area. He also gained hands-on experience in solar, landscaping, and framing over the next few years. in 2021, Tanner graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. While studying, Tanner worked as an Assistant Project Manager for a local homebuilder, managing day-to-day building operations of his assigned job sites. After graduating, Tanner was promoted to Project Manager, and was concurrently assigned to be the company Plan Manager placing him in charge of designing new product to keep up with the changing demand of the post-pandemic housing market. Creating new homes became his passion, and he saw an opportunity to pursue his newfound passion full time while seeking to improve upon the lackluster service he had received in his homebuilding experience.
